Portraits of Divine Women
“This collection represents the inspiring and admirable women whom I love to draw. My very first fashion art commission was for a philanthropic community leader in NYC, of which I donated half the proceeds to a non profit I volunteered with. That was the birth of How Heart Thou’s mission: to support causes using art as a fundraising incentive.
It’s an empowering feeling to know your skills are able to do good while you’re doing what you love. Since that first piece, I’ve had the fortunate opportunity to take my work to the next level by partnering with dozens of charities. Most recently: Feeding America and Raphael House for Covid19 Relief, Breonna Taylor’s Fund ,as well as the NAACP Legal Defense Fund for BLM.
In addition, I offer live sketching at VIP events for luxury brands like Cartier, Prada, Ferragamo and Fendi. I love collaborating with brands and non profits, but most importantly, I will always have a special place in my heart for commissioned fashion portraits of divine women.”
